First found a lots of insects in the bed sheets woke up at fair time to pray my interest body was itching plus I saw a cacroush over the telephone set plus was very important no parking for my car it took me over 40 minutes to park my car finally I parked in awkward place neither you call it parking shame of the hotel management to recieve so much funds and can't to think to build a parking lots plus I tried order room service they told me can't bill it to the room have to pay cash....sorry but this hotel is out of time of management's I will never deal with this poor quality hotels.....

Only the location The hotel was renovate some facilities during our stay and it was soooo annoying and noisy they should inform the guests before booking or upon arrival and let the guest decide it was my first visit to Jeddah and the stay was annoying and unpleasant

the hotel is nice, clean and furnished I booked for three days, the hotel is beautiful, clean and furnished, but unfortunately I faced some problems that bothered me. The breakfast is limited, the tea is cold, the plates are small, and you can't get the right amount. There were fruit flies by the coffee machine. The water is only supply one time on the first day. When we came back exhausted and went up to our rooms, we found that the card was not working. The last thing that was really bad is that they charged me 150 Moroccan dirhams for my son's breakfast, and I was surprised that my son did not eat breakfast! I asked for a refund, but they did not give it back to me. I hope the management pays attention to these details because they will definitely harm the hotel's reputation.

Overall experience was indeed amazing Bed was comfortable, room, toilet, walkways, lifts etc were clean AC was chilling Staff was cooperative WIFI was fast Parking had an issue but it was sufficient Breakfast was amazing Location was nice Although not much things to dislike but a few only Parking was not within the hotel premises It was around 5 mins walk from parking to hotel. Although it's not that much but in hot weather, with your kids and luggage, it was quite hectic walk, but it's fine as long as you can have a safe private parking. Another issue was that there was a wedding ceremony going on in the hotel and their music was quite loud. But hotel management cooperated with us and moved us to the top floor in even better room. So it was kind an up-grade and it also sorted out our issue.
