The staff get to know you well and in particular there is one female guest service (I wish I knew her name) who is just exceptional in her service. She was there when I checked in and was checking in a group before me, but took the time to acknowledge me as I was standing waiting in line. She then remembered my name and already had my booking ready to go. It had been a number of months since she checked me into the hotel, but that personalized service was a really lovely experience. The only thing that needs to be considered for me who goes to bed early is the noise that continues well into the late evening that meant my sleep was interrupted.

Not value for money, No parking available for the guest either the basement (hardly 10 vehicles) or at the entrance. Need to search parking in neighborhood spots. Basic service apartment amenities like microwave or ironbox are not available.

The internet was not working. The bathroom was dirty. The early morning shift receptionist (at 5 a.m.) had an attitude. However, the other team members were very welcoming.

Location ,cleanliness and basement car parking They ask 200 sr money deposit ? To start the business relation with no trust in the customer is not good policy! I hope they will cancel this policy soon

Cleanliness ,standard and the staff mostly Mr Hassan ,duty manager ,he is an amazing person and very kind. Delaying room services but doing it ,rooms don’t have sofas or chairs for sitting and relaxing purposes
