The staff at the 24-hour front desk were always welcoming, professional, and ready to assist with any request. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything fresh and organized. The dining experience was outstanding. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious American, French, Italian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Asian dishes, ensuring there was something for everyone. The kid-friendly buffet was a wonderful touch, and having the option to enjoy breakfast in the room made our mornings even more relaxing. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent facilities, outstanding cleanliness, delicious food, and exceptional service. الموقع ممتاز للمطار احذر! مع الاسف السكن عبارة عن كابوس … بصراحة لا انصح احد يغامر ويسكن في الفندق .. كان السرير مكسور ولا قدرت انام طول اللي مع اني وصلت متاخر وعندي اجتماعات مهمة الصبح … الاسوء كان تعامل الاستقبال مع المشكلة بدل احتواء الموضوع وتعويضي .. ما كان فيه اي تفاعل او تجاوب لحل المشكلة باي طريقة ايجابية او سلبية، عدم اكتراث ولا مبالاة, اضطريت اروح شغلي مواصل وارجع للرياض مواصل! الفندق ما يعكس عاداتنا وتقاليدنا كسعودين ولا يرقى للضيافة السعودية الأصيلة والكريمة. حاول مديرهم لاحقا تدارك الموضوع لكن too late خيبة أمل باختصار!

Pretty decent overall, the location, the cleanliness, the spaciousness, the friendliness. Soap & lotion bottles were empty.

Easily accessible by car along not too busy road. close from airport and Cenomi Mall. Always places available to park the car in the underground parking. Clean room. very good breakfast with good quality and choice of food. no Hair dryer available in the room

It was a bad smell because of the carpet. I think they are using a carpet perfume which turns to be bad smell
