It took the hotel staff 45 minutes to bring to my room the food I ordered via delivery apps. Because it was cold, I had to make a new order and went down myself to pick it up. They told me that it’s not their responsibility to take the food up to customers rooms.

The hotel staff informed me that the hotel was fully booked and assigned me a room designed for guests with special needs. However, I noticed that the lobby was almost empty, which made me doubt whether the hotel was actually full. In addition, the room was missing some standard amenities, such as a hairdryer.

Quite, new modern further and location The express laundry charge is more than 6 starts hotel rate. I been charged riyal for 2 Abaya, one thup, 1 trouser and one t-shirt for express washed that took 5 hours! If I took the clothes outside I could collect them in 1 hour with only 10% of the money I paid to the hotel

nothing I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel. The cleanliness is far below acceptable standards — the bed sheets had an unpleasant odor, and the room overall did not feel clean at all. Despite being a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of smoke coming through the air conditioning, especially in the evening, which was extremely disturbing. The swimming pool had NO lifeguard, which is a serious safety concern. The biggest issue was the noise. The hotel hosts loud parties and events in the business hall downstairs, including live singers. The noise reaches ALL rooms regardless of the floor you are staying on due to the complete lack of sound insulation. You can even hear noises from outside clearly. We were NOT informed about these events in advance, and the noise continued until 2:30 AM. It was impossible to sleep. Overall, this hotel does not deserve more than a 2-star rating. Not even 5% of the advertised facilities are actually available or as described.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Very limited choice and poor quality of products. It is not worth to pay extra for it. The area around the swimming pool would benefit from extra cleaning and taking care - it was slightly run down.
