Location and hotel quality Reception staff shoukd at least speak Arabic and English or one of the two at least. But when no one speaks one of these tw languages then there is a communication breakdown.

Nothing. Rude Young boy in the Middle of the Night working and saying he is the big boss. telling me i should pay extra if i want a room. More than what i Booked here in the app. Disgusting behaviour. All european people. Be careful with this Hotel. I was forced to live here because you cant book another Hotel in the Middle of the Night.
