I booked a single king room but got 2 single beds. No towel. No water despite asking several times.

there is no tissue paper in the bathroom no sleeper for bathroom carpet is not clean there is very many hairs in the carpet.

There are no basic facilities like Wi-Fi or Water for drink. We had a power cut for more than two hours. They only accept cash for reservations. On top of that, the room door did not work properly, and I had to ask the housekeeper many times to open it for me.
