The location only. The cleanness of the room and the bathroom. The room also had weird smell. They weren’t cooperative with the check-in time and they made me pay extra 100SR for early check-in.

There was no locker available in the room, not clean, lady at reception is not welcoming always say no before even listening any request. Front desk staff

Shuttle was on time as promised. Nothing the hotel can do about it, but there is construction on the road in front of the hotel.

It’s very neat and clean. Also they provide complementary shuttle service to the airport. Only the bathroom is very small and it hard to open the door when you are inside the bathroom…..it’s better to have a sliding door.
