Both receptionist are good and the worker nour is very cooperative The place looks like it's clean but when you drop a single food in the floor all the ants keep coming from everywhere They changed our room upon arrival because the first room when you sit on the bed you get super itchy

Last day I told them we will check out on time my cousin still here he will check out on time my cousin dropped me at airport and he came back to hotel at reception they said to my cousin you can't go in room he was staying with us they know my cousin already but they didn't allow my cousin go in room my cousin talk with me I said le me talk the guy he said he don't wanna talk he was so rude the time was that day 9:00am our time still left but he didn't allow my cousin which was really unconvinced I should get some money because the time was still left and guy was so rude he was saying you can call police complain at booking.com I don't care

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Raynat Al Abha Hotel* I recently had the misfortune of staying at Raynat Al Abha Hotel, and I must warn others to avoid this establishment at all costs. Despite paying for a 5-night stay, I was forced to cut my visit short to 4 nights due to the unacceptable level of service. The most glaring issue was the complete lack of cleaning services during my stay. Not a single day did the housekeeping staff attend to my room. To make matters worse, when I politely requested the night shift receptionist from Bangladesh to arrange for my room to be cleaned, I was met with a shockingly rude response. The receptionist's unprofessional demeanor and behavior were appalling. The utter disregard for customer satisfaction and basic hospitality standards at Raynat Al Abha Hotel is staggering. I strongly advise against visiting this hotel, and I hope that management takes immediate action to address these egregious issues. *Do not, I repeat, DO NOT stay at Raynat Al Abha Hotel.*

Poor experience, not recommended at all , no towel and slipper provided , king bed was not comfortable which they join with two bed and was not flat .very rude behaviour from receptionist

Egyptian Mr. Reda was a very nice person. He allowed us early check in and late check out. Even He requested us to see the room before. Surprisingly he updated the rate which was lower than booking. Even he supported us with his taxi driving to airport. Bukhari and Bangladeshi restaurants are nearby. The hotel is very clean. Bangladesh staffs at hotel were very supportive. It is in central location. At this lowest price, the hotel was amazing. Nothing
