Location Cleanness, only one worker doing everything, poor car parking, windows are poor and not isolating noise came from neighbour project.

Nothing! This place is extremely old, worn out, and poorly maintained. Everything looks used, tired, and falling apart. The rooms smell very bad, like dampness mixed with old furniture, and the odor hits you the moment you walk in. Cleanliness is a serious issue. There were insects in the room, which is completely unacceptable. The furniture, walls, and floors are all worn and torn, and nothing feels fresh or hygienic. Honestly, it felt neglected for years. Overall, the experience was very uncomfortable and disappointing. This hotel desperately needs major renovation, deep cleaning, and proper pest control. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend staying here at all.

i like the location because its near in the airport. The staff is good and polite. They gave us welcome drinks when we arrived in the location. not sound proof, we heard the sounds of the car in the street so we have a hard time to sleep.

Not clean. Water over all the carpets due to rain leaking through doors and windows. Bed smell nasty.

Everything! Excellent hotel near the airport, modern premises and free parking. What stood our was the amazing and super helpful staff - from start to end they were very helpful, smiley and kind. They greeted us with a drink, upgraded us, served us cake and cookies… honestly it was wonderful service The room was perfect too. We had a great stay! Thank you ?

Perfect location. We were entertained with cold drink as soon we arrived the reception. The suite rooms were perfectly clean, organized and decorated with rose petals. It was so fantastic though I stayed for only 1 day. There also good restaurants nearby on the same line of hotel buildings. To make clear the board of the name of the hotel because it difficult for us to locate it. It was difficult for us to walk up to the opposite malls because of rush of cars as the location is on the main road. You have to take a taxi. And most taxi drivers are very rude and charging high transport fee.

The rooms were clean and maintained and their service, a special thanks to Mr. Aminul, who not only gave a wow effect in hospitality but also enquired about our safe trip once we have reached our location, now that is really appreciable. Thanks Laten Suites, inshallah will stay again.
