Everything even the stuff they were not professional

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. What impressed us the most was that they kindly kept our luggage safe for 9 days while we traveled for Umrah, completely free of charge. This thoughtful gesture made our entire journey much easier and stress-free, and we are truly grateful for their kindness and generosity. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend LeChateau Boutique Hotel and would happily stay here again in the future.

Location, staff Breakfast window time was very short. Just 1 hour. I missed the breakfast

Coffee machine was not clean TV was not working Bathroom (شطاف) was not working .water flow There was nothing to drink only 2 small bottles No drinks Staff did not meet the hotel requirements

Rooms are big and clean Bed is so comfortable and relaxing Pillows are ok not as relax as the bed Room is clean with a big and clean toilet as well. Staff was good except the Saudi guy who is working at night shift he is weird and rude and doesn't know the meaning of hospitality at all, I checked in at 2 am after a long flight from Istanbul to Jeddah the guy was rude he never smiled or even talked in a good way i asked for how much does it cost to convert from rial to usd ? He was like check google not my business, then at 5 am someone tried to open my room luckily me i closed the room from inside , 10 minutes later he came rang the bill and told me that he needs my passport to enter again in the system because he made.a mistake and i was like can’t you wait until the morning instead of waking me up or trying to open the door from outside? He even didn’t apologize for the rude and weird behavior, during check in he never informed me about the wifi password or which floor is the room is or even the breakfast time or where ? Staying in a good hotel with good wife rooms with good rate on booking.com and nice references as well was exciting for me but this behavior is not acceptable and i think everyone should be aware of such a weird guy

The location was amazing. The elevators were very slow.

Needs more variety an earlier breakfast start, around 6 AM, for those who begin work at 7 AM

The outdoor pool available 24h for everybody The receptionists are not properly efficient. No one came to help me with my cases when I arrived. The morning after no-one replied at the phone to send someone to help me. I had issue with the shower. The drainage didn’t work so the water flowed under the shower door in the whole bathroom
