The shower level did let me get cold water (not too warm or hot), The temperature was good in the room, I love the cold one, but it was 70° ( pretty good) The room wasn't dark after I turned all the lights off.

There for 2 nights. No trash removal or clean towel service. Too much hair left behind after previous guests. Only had one channel tv programming and staff availability didn’t coordinate well.

I would like to see desk staff wear at least a collared shirt. T-shirts don't get it for me. Comment about the broken toilet roll holder seemed unimportant to the desk clerk. When inquiring about a written receipt, "You'll receive one from Expedia"???

Al was so helpful during Check-in. He came outside to see if we needed help with our luggage. The bed was very comfortable and we liked the window shades. Very roomy frig in room. The breakfast room was very nice. We particularly liked the hand rail that could be connected to give support getting in and out of the tub.

Had to switch rooms when I pulled back the sheets and there was a quarter sized blood stain on the bed.

The Staff is great. The breakfast is phenomenal. Always enjoy getting a room across from the capital, so pretty especially when the sun comes up and shines on the dome. Can’t think of anything not to like.

Tv don’t work and took two hours to get someone to look at it( not busy) Initial room assigned was a storage room Went to get ice on checkout day( 1030) and they had already locked my key card out Breakfast supposed to start at 7. Doors still locked at 720

Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff. We stayed overnight to meet friends and everything was fine. Breakfast wasn't as great as the reviews described. I think the listing says it's the best hotel breakfast around, but it's coffee and a waffle maker really, so we drove over to First Watch. This hotel is a safe & decent place to just stay the night.

Great price The owner thinks he can park his fancy new car in a handicap parking space when he is not disabled. He showed that he could care less. I truly hate ignorance like that!!!!
