The front desk staff are very kind, professional & very accommodating. If something is not to your liking, they will immediately make it better. Whether it's to change the bed or even the room. They have been wondering each time that I've stayed. The top floor is the best because it's very quiet. No breakfast .

they locked me out my room the last night saying i was supposed to of checked out the ac barely worked we had dirty towels and sheets

I feel I should be 1/2 my money back. The room was real dirty. Thick dust everywhere. Food in fridge look like it been there for months spilled stuff in fridge bathroom had 4 places that you can see it was piss and not clean grease and nasty hand prints on wall and shower I did go and get the one at desk and show. Probably was he couldn’t put us in another room until next day ! I couldn’t do this I was having back surgery so I had stay in that room from Sunday thru Thursday cause I couldn’t travel home I told the guy at the desk that two he did apologize and on top that there were roaches in the room and bathroom we killed 6. I cried the whole time I was there and no sleep and hurting from back surgery so I had no choice but to stay. I have a fear and can’t stand roaches or dirty places. Carpet was real sticky had keep my shoes on ! So I’m very upset at this I have never went through this with a hotel. I have never had to write a review either but I can’t let this go ! I believe I should get my money back ! Room 114.
