Made reservations in May 2025. Fairfield Louisville Jefferson hotel closed completely in September 2025. No email. No notification. Learned reservation was changed to another hotel when found another Fairfield Hotel in Jefferson. Very disappointed. We chose the hotel because it was in walking distance of our function. No sympathy from the hotel chain.

Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. He engaged both my wife and me in conversation, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. He also recommended dinner next door at Harbor & Hops, which we took advantage of—and we had a wonderful meal. The burgers were excellent, and the location was just steps away. I would have preferred if this location had an indoor pool. Other than that, I have no additional concerns—you have a great property in an excellent location.
