The desk staff were very nice, lobby was fine. The room was disgusting with stains and holes in the linens, dirt and mold on the windowsill, air conditioning unit, and the desk chair. Our first clue should have been the lack of cars in the parking lot and broken glass in a parking stall as if a car was broken into. Area was rundown and didn’t feel safe. We decided to leave and eat the cost and book elsewhere.

Everything went well. Very friendly staff at the desk

Property feels damp and smells musty even in the lobby. Room smelled bad. Stains on floor in room. Only two towels provided and no washcloths. No shampoo bottle in room. Curtains hanging off rod. Had to make several trips to front desk to ask for things. Pillows in room smelled so bad had to spray my son’s cologne on them. Breakfast was terrible. One slice of stale bread on each tray in bread compartment. I could go on but I’ve wasted enough time with this dump. I was booked for 2 night but got refund for second night and went to a much more comfortable hotel. Find another place to stay if you’re considering staying here.

Friendly helpful staff from begging to end.

Booked a room for 6 people (2 full beds and a sleeper sofa) we only had 2 towels and 4 pillows. Sheets an comforter were stained, the shower did not work properly and the A/C did not function properly. The "breakfast" was a joke! Not even a continental

They have bed bugs and the best part they won't refund you if you saw them on your last night too late that u ate up all over your body

The room was in dire need of remodeling and updating. Walls were marked up, carpet was stained and dirty. Linens were stained and not appealing to sleep in. Overall appearance was below par.

The staff was friendly and willing to get us a different room. The second room didn't smell but the bathroom was dirty.

This was literally the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. So dirty, cuss words written on the wall of the hotel room, not vacuumed, floors stained and dirty, pull out couch had things on it I couldn’t even identify.

The room was disgusting. Paint on the sofa alongside a stain that looked like someone started their period. My nonsmoking room had a cigarette burn in the comforter. There were stains all over the carpet, wallpaper was coming off the wall. Just yuck.

Carpet not vacuumed, and dusty in the entire room.

Room was old and run down. Hole in the cushion of sleep sofa, not sheets on sleep sofa mattress, wallpaper falling off the wall. Breakfast was meh, had to ask for milk, there was no juice, cereal was self serve with a scoop out of a container, not very sanitary.
