The place was excellent! We arrived quite late but the receptionist was there and was very helpful. The room was lovely and the bed surprisingly comfortable. Nice shower as well. Breakfast was normal but the breakfast room was great with a nice view. Definitely would recommend this place.

No elevator, they couldn’t accommodate our request to give us our rooms together. Although we asked a few days ahead of time.

I hade made a reservation for a room in the mainbuilding of the castle. But it was impossible because the roooms are a construction site at the moment. In this case we had to stay over night in the outbuilding and nobody did told me befor.

The hotel is in a remote location with bad roads, the room was cold with an unpleasant view, the property is next to a neighboring industrial property, the shower had no hot water and flooded the bathroom, breakfast was basic, and trash containers were next to the main gate.

The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great on the weekend. There was no breakfast buffet from Thursday to Friday and although they served me a big plate (more than I could eat), I missed the buffet experience. The whole hotel was cold from Thursday to Friday, which was not the case over the weekend. I wonder if heating was down because of the small number of guests during the week. The hotel could use a renovation, especially outside - it is a bit run down. I checked-in at around 8pm and the restaurant of the hotel was closed already. So I went to bed hungry. The next day the restaurant only opened at 3pm. Meaning I was starving for lunch until then. Despite the room being big and comfortable, the wall-to-wall carpet and the headboard of the bed made me allergic. Far from the mountains (cabby charged me 120zł each way to Karpacz Mountains (which are less than 10km away), and a bit far from the city center.! Staff barely speaks English (inhibited), which might keep them from being helpful. For example, they could have told me there was a restaurant at a walking distance from the hotel so I could have had dinner. I wanted to take a bath during my stay and I had seen pics of a bathtub here on booking.com. that's why I booked a hotel spa. I asked 3 times to 3 different receptionists about the existence of a bathtub in the hotel and the answer was always "NO". They have a spa and there are leaflets of very expensive experiences in the spa (like massage combos for 500zł) right by the check-in counter. But since I was told there were no bathtubs and I couldn't afford this kind of experience, I didn't even bother to visit the spa. But it turns out, on my last night there, I decided to visit the spa just to see how it looked. when I got there, i found a "menu" with affordable experiences (ex. A massage for 130zł) and all kinds of baths you could take, also for affordable prices.

Great hotel with very nice staff, breakfast is super. The only bad thing is location, it is okay if you have a car, but if you don’t have one you should use public transport or taxi to get to the city.

clean room. clean nice bathroom with Italian shower corner. The hotel looks like a fairy tale from the pictures but the reality is totally different ? Hotel is okayish with nice garden but nothing compares to the pictures again. Breakfast very poor with little choice but good coffee for usual hotels. we had the worse room in the hotel with constant cleaning gears displayed right in front of our door. our room was right next to the cleaning storage. very early morning you hear already the cleaning ladies loudly talking and laughing (I don't mind in general but not on Sunday morning). the hotel also seems to have issue with hot water (in our room and in the spa area too) not enough hot water even focet turned to maximum. Very small sauna that fits only 2 persons max. I wouldn't consider unfortunately to come back again.

Our expectations regarding the sauna area weren’t really satisfied due to 3 little cabins with electric ovens (not a real sauna experience).

The room was a bit small but considering the price very good. The one window in the room had no curtain.

Loved the quiet location. Room size was massive for the family apartment Was clean and tidy and staff friendly. Cand say much more than this. Was good for a 3 night stay as a base A choice of items for breakfast but not really to my taste. Only 2 hot items of scrambled eggs and a sausage. Disappointed that on booking.com it says a bath in the room but actually only a walk in shower Asked for a menu to see what food the restaurant did in evening but no menu could be found, hence we did not eat. Asked for room to be cleaned via call button and only bin was emptied with no cleaning of room
