The vibe is very peaceful and relaxed, it's a pretty location with plenty of amenities on site (museum, park, shops, restaurant) The room was comfortable and the staff were super friendly and obliging. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty - delicious bread and coffee! We also enjoyed our meals and Polish wine in the elegant restaurant. The location is not far from the national park, mountains and the lovely resort of Karpacz. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay, many thanks!

Exceptional

The surrounding is very pleasant. I love the area have been visit many times but never stayed in the hotel. The room was clean which was the plus. The property has two restaurant palcowa in the main building and stajnia restaurant. I have always enjoyed the potatoes pancakes there and I was looking forward to this and have told the server about it. As it was end of the day the servers were extremely unpleasant they served us with the burned potatoes and uncooked potatoes pancake. My son got a cold soup ?. The breakfast charged at 95zl per person another amusing thing for the village price. I mean there was so many things wrong with stay. The room floor is rather thin you can hear people walking and talking so not idea if you are a light sleeper.

During check out we were charged for the small dog 67 EUR which is almost the price of the room per night additionally! That is insane! Also, noone warned us about such a crazy price in advance! It feels like being fooled. I’m very disappointed with this place! Nowhere in Europe this was ever happening to us! Btw, absolutely nothing is done for the dog to make it paid, no idea why this place is called dog friendly.

The hotel is a charming building offering good food and the breakfast is very good, except the coffee. However we had a room in a separate building modernised and with a small garden. It was ideal for us as a group. The grounds are very large and beautiful.

The surroundings - the big green property is very relaxing and beautiful to wander about in. The beds were also super comfortable Our room was not especially clean and smelled stuffy and damp with a carpet that was also filthy and old. The sheets and the towels had one or two long black hairs in them which is never nice and also smelled like a terrible cleaning agent. Also, the quality of the food at the restaurant is absolutely terrible for a high price. We were very disappointed by the restaurant.

I had to leave the hotel on the first night as the room was too hot and my dog could not sleep. I was staying for 3 nights. I went nearby to a local hotel with air con 9min drive away. I came back to pay and check out the next day and was still charged for 3 nights and 275pln in pet fees for the 3 nights that I never stayed. I asked for a taxi when leaving, the taxi driver scammed me and drove around slowly and charged double the normal rate (this was the 3rd taxi I had taken back n forth). Would not use the taxi company the hotel recommends.

Incredible place with the Palace itself and surrounding buildings and shops. Very large room and bathroom. Clean. Very quiet. Thanks to the thick walls it was surprisingly cool in the room despite outside temperatures above 25 deg. C. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant with very nice terrace to dine outside. Breakfast in the Palace on the first floor every day until 10:30. Parking no problem. Beds were a bit too soft (that is personally), but certainly not worn out.

The palace itself, really nice and cost. We sat by the fire in the hallway, drank gluehwine and it felt really nice. Breakfast was very good Bed was a bit too soft for me

Quiet and special location. Clean and tidy room. Parking available on site. Arkadia room could have a small mini fridge.

Location, the interior design of the manor house and the rooms. My greatest appreciation for the owners for all the efforts to make this precious gem shine. The breakfast could have been richer in fruits, coffee was dull. The personal expects the guests to greet first. The atmosphere at the breakfast reminded me of a monastery.
