I've stayed at this hotel many times. It is always clean and neat and the staff is amazing! The hotel amenities are great. Highly recommend this property for a local staycation or out of state get-away.

We have gone several times during the last few years and unfortunately it is showing cuts and decline that we were not expecting. The rooms are not as clean as they used to be, they also changed the bathroom products to a lesser quality one. They also served complementary American coffee early in the morning now they charge you as if you were buying from Starbucks. The rentals of the beach amenities also went up. In general, they have increased their prices and declined in services.

This is a real jewel, nestled in a residential community with a great beach and luxury seaside overtones in the rooms, lobby and throughout the property overall. The staff is extraordinary: welcoming and warm service, attention to detail and abundant friendliness. The restaurant has a great menu at reasonable prices-try the homemade pasta dishes. Need a place to decompress in a friendly upscale resort in a great location-go no further.

2-The bathroom exhaust fan was completely non-functional, resulting in unpleasant odors; despite filing multiple consecutive complaints with management, the fan was never repaired during my entire stay. 3. There was no lifeguard on the hotel beach, even though the adjacent public beach had one—this is the hotel's direct responsibility. 4. The hotel's private beach was extremely dirty and lacked any cleaning service, whereas the free public beach right next to it was very clean. They didn’t clean the room until I make a claim.

Ordered Pizza at $18.00 medium size came out cold not cooked . Waited 2 hour in dining room for food to come to the table Outside dining area was infested with no CM bugs biting midge couldn’t even finish eating.

The only downsides were that both pools are on the smaller side and they did not offer cabanas. We also found that Drift restaurant had a limited dinner menu, so more entrée options would have been appreciated. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with outstanding service, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
