*The room is very clean with hardwood floors so no shoes walk in the room. *The day & evening staffs are very friendly and helpful. *The location is great~The local bus 5001/5002 from the Jeonju Bus Terminal stop in front the hotel. And Gyeonggijeon Shrine and Nambu Market just 5-10 minutes walk from the Hotel too.

We had some problems with the air-conditioning but the lady at the front desk came to help and made sure we got a new room when it couldn't be fixed immediately. Really great and kind service!

Beautiful building at a good location 5 min walk from the center and with lots of restaurants around the corner. We had one very simple Hanok room (sleeping on the ground) and one room with a bed and surprisingly a jacuzzi! Because of the old building, the road can be noisy (maybe ask for a room on the back).

위치!? location floor was not that tidy enough. besides, there was absolutely noise problems. noise issues from your next room was quite serious. TV volume was also way too high.

How super helpful the Staff is. We were having issue calling a taxi and he was able to haul and help translate to the taxi driver to our next location.
