Great location right at the Hanok Village. Room was very large & roomy. Very clean.

The room was very clean The breakfast menu was very basic and missing many important things though pricy. I didn't like the time decision of the breakfast service either which forced us to only select 1 hour time window to be able to eat. The bed and specifically pillows were very bad and uncomfortable The bathroom smells sweage after rain

We had a great experienced staying at this hotel. Our room is clean and spacious. The hotel staffs are friendly and approachable. The location is great. I would like to come back and stay again in this hotel on my next trip to Jeonju, It would be nice if they have an instruction on using the TV remote. I had a hard time figuring it out. I'm not sure if the AC in our room is working. I tried to lower down the temperature to 23C but it just stays in 26.5C. I didn't bother to call any help because it's not really of a big deal, it's spring time.

Some standard information for foreign tourists in the email sent would be helpful - for instance, how to navigate from the train station to the hotel. Similarly some recommendations about restuarants. It was very wet whilst we were staying - there is no onsite dinner offering, and if you are not a native speaker there is no ready way to order in. The pool was not included in the price of the hotel - this is not really reflected in the high price per night tag. Having stayed all over the world it would be standard to include it. The fee for using the pool was exorbitant $70 AUD, and we weren't allowed to sit on any seats on the pool deck, so it wasn't even a pleasant experience on the pool deck. The room was nice enough, but the floors were very scruffy, and the refreshments were only refreshed fully on the second day, suggesting that the room servicing wasn't done fully.

The location is amazing. The room was lovely and the breakfast buffet was very nice. The staff at breakfast were extra nice. The gentleman who checked us in didn’t do a good job. I filled out the form and he himself put in the car plate number. When we wanted to leave the parking at 0846, the machine said we had to pay for the parking. We had to go back up to the reception for them to correct. Also he had problems changing dollars to local currency and in the end someone else came over to do it.

Great hotel with a privileged location. I recommend it as a good choice for visiting this beautiful city. The proximity to Hanok Village is a bonus as you can see this wonderful neighborhood without stopping. I tried hard but couldn't find any flaws to consider.

The hotel was beautiful- very well set up, lovely big room with traditional beds, best location ever with views of the folk village and amazing sunsets from the bar. Staff friendly. Breakfast beautiful! The swimming pool was closed ?. It was a really hot day in April so I felt they could have opened it! Also I have got used to onsen’s in hotels in Korea/Japan and was surprised they charged for theirs

Great location. Right in the middle of Hanoak Village. Break was okay. Did not use any other facilities. Staff were helpful.

We were booked in a room with futons and not beds. This was not disclosed on the Booking. Com website. Our check in receptionist was kind enough to give us room with beds and waived our upcharge fees. Great service from Jiwon You. I think Booking. com should be more transparent and descriptive on their website regarding the rooms.

Easy accessible to bus terminal and ktx train station . The staff are very friendly and helpful . Room is spacious , clean and comfortable . Strongly recommended to stay in this hotel if ever visit Jeonju .
