Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, nice pool are although we did not use the pool because it was cold in the evening when we got there. We booked this hotel because it says it includes breakfast and and there were 4 of us, when we checked in and inquired about breakfast they said that changed a couple months ago and we would have to pay extra. I showed them my reservation on my phone that stated breakfast was included and they still did not honor it or offer a discount. We went for breakfast somewhere else.

The property is clean. Way too noisy you hear absolutely everything the neighbors are doing including bathroom. There is no free breakfast and it’s far walking distance to the jardin.

Both rooms and facilities are clean and spacious. Staff very attentive and professional. On site parking, restaurant, and pool. Free wifi. It is farther away from the noisy city center. Restaurant is closed Sunday afternoon through Tuesday afternoon. Wifi failed a few times. TV is connected by wifi, so both are unavailable. It is farther away from the historic city center.

We had a very large room with a great view. The bathroom was huge and had plenty of fluffy white towels. Everything was super clean and despite covid the room was cleaned every day. The included breakfast was amazing, my they know how to cook. A full meal of coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit plate and eggs to order was included in our room rate. The swimming pool looked really nice just a bit too cold for us to try in January. Parking was very convenient. Great value in lovely Jerez. The tile in the bathroom is incredibly slippery. Take care when it is wet. Some floor mats might help with this. The bed was slightly too firm for me and the pillows weren't great. But the sheets and blankets were nice.

Close to major roads, clean, secure parking lot and other great amenities including a pool. Unfortunately we did not get a room facing downtown Jerez just a construction site, so the view wasn’t too flashy.
