Hotel KORTUS

Hotel Kortus was our PERFECT ideal guest hotel/pension. It’s all in the details! They thought of everything to make an amazing stay! Veronika and the staff are wonderful, friendly, and care about the comfort of their guests. The food in the restaurant is some of the best—the chef knows what he/she is doing in the kitchen to create tasty dishes. The included breakfast is robust and delicious and provided gluten free items upon request. Very comfortable beds and spacious, clean room. Location is ideal. Not touristy by convenient —Rental e-bikes in the next town and the Bus stop at the hotel for the main hiking trailheads. Absolutely nothing!!

The place was exceptional, and the staff was even better!!! The breakfast was fresh and delicious everyday. You could easily get to the trails from this location, which made it perfect for our trip. We rented a car, and it was super easy to drive each day. On a side note, I left a favorite pair of jeans at the Hotel. We were traveling on to Prague for the remainder of our trip, and VERONIKA, a member of the reservation staff actually mailed them to our hotel in Prague!!! I was so thrilled and was beyond appreciative. Great place, you will not be disappointed. Everything was perfect!

It was a very nice little hotel. They had a great breakfast and the room was very comfortable. The receptionist was super nice and very helpful. Even at checkout she gave us a great place to visit. I would definitely stay there again. I have nothing bad to say. We loved the place.

Short but wonderful stay at Kortus hotel. The staff is excellent, friendly and very helpful. They even made arrangements for special dietary requirements on very short notice. Def recommend - cozy and friendly, spotless room and common areas. Great restaurant as well :) looking forward to returning!

Exceptional

Rooms are very clean, well euqipped und they look great. Breakfast has everything, Staff is very friendly flexible. Price was very good for all they offer. Also good for hiking and even its on a road, its very quite there. I would come back. The restaurant is cheap and offers high quality food, fast friendly service. We were 4 adults and tried almost every meal on the card. Everything was really tasty. nothing

A lovely hotel in a beautiful region with walking from the door! Well equipped room, very clean, quality bedding and an excellent bathroom. The breakfasts are superb, really tasty with homemade bread and cake available! Excellent. Super friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. Honest feedback: We thought the hotel is expensive for the area. Remote check in is not at all convenient when travelling as you need to complete quite a long form, which is not easy on a smart phone! We ate at the restaraunt twice, and whilst the food is very nice with good quality ingredients, each meal comes drizzled with olive oil so not very healthy.

This is my second time staying and second review. It was as perfect as my original visit, including getting the same room. My original review is very detailed, and everything I said then still stands. The complimentary coffee and dessert for being a returning guest was unexpected, and we really appreciated it. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience yet again, and we hope to see you next year! N/A

The hotel is really nice, with spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and a great restaurant.

The location is wonderful to hike and enjoy the mountain views. The accommodations were very comfortable and the staff pleasant and helpful. The restaurant food and choices were very good. The breakfast each day was wonderful including fresh yogurt and jams. No complaints.

It’s a nice and cozy hotel. Hiking spots were close by. Restaurant was good. Breakfast was not that great. The food that was served was good.

Cozy room, good breakfast and fantastic view on sky full of stars :)
