So so Room too small.

Every staffs we met was very helpful. The facilities are wonderful. There were breakfast, happy hour and night time snacks. They really tried to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable! Can’t think of any.

We had an awesome time at the hotel. The amenities superb amazing making sure you will have a good time to relax and have fun with your family specially the kids. And they will make sure that you will not be hungry during the stay since they offer a breakfast buffet, plus afternoon and evening snacks ?

Hot springs. Breakfast was repetitive but plenty of choices. Few staff members able to speak English. An open display of available leaflets about tourist spots in foyer would have been helpful. More seating in foyer would also have been useful for clients. Lounge seats in health club should have been available n provided to relax in.

The staff in this hotel have the best service attitude I have ever encountered. Friendly, professional and always willing to help. The hotel shuttle drivers were friendly and very punctual. We experienced the earthquake having breakfast and the service staff ensured our safety by evacuating us calmly and professionally…they must have felt scared and worried too. Kudos to the great service attitude! The concierge staff was really helpful throughout our stay, helping to book the shuttle van and responding last minute as we missed our train from Yilan. He also helped to carry the luggages down 7 floors as the lift were under review after the earthquake. Thank you so much! Great spread for breakfast and hotel provided free food for afternoon snacks and evening snacks. Loved these! The jacuzzi pool with hot springs water was very relaxing. One of the nozzle did not work and the lifeguard immediately responded and got it fixed! Great efficiency! The property is a bit old and could use some refurbishing. However, the amazing staff and hot spring in the room makes everything worth it!

Such as high-end hotel, but there is no luggage attendant, because there are too many luggage, fortunately, they lent me luggage trolley, I carry it by myself, up and down.
