Blue Residence it is always my first choice of hotels when traveling to Jeri. It is well located, with helpful and friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. I also love the well maintained garden and pool area. They could invest on having a credit card machines that accepts a variety of international credit cards without issues. I wanted to use my American Express Card so I could get miles for the hotel payment , but couldn't because the transaction would not go through , which caused the hotel receptionist to even question if I had enough funds on my card, which was rude and made me very uncomfortable, so I had to use a different card and loose the opportunity to get extra miles. I know the issue was their machine because I had no problem using my American Express at local stores there.

Exceptional breakfast and awesome location. Staff is very attentive, nice and fast. The rooms are very old and in very bad conditions: the curtains are dirty, old and don’t run well; the kitchen cabinets are falling apart; wall with stains everywhere; water would go out of the shower space flooding the whole bathroom.

Great location , staff is friendly , breakfast by the ocean was great . The bedroom for 5 people only had 1 bathroom that was so small that I couldn’t even turn inside the shower . The closet door was stuck behind the tv and wouldn’t open . There were no Instructions about WiFi , safe , iron which we had to look for at the reception .

Stunning little resort, excellent location, amazing breakfast by the beach! Big gym! The pool was a bit off from the beach - ground floor rooms are a bit noisy… but everything else was exceptional!

The place is very nice, and the location is perfect, right in front of the sea. Breakfast was amazingly good, with a great variety of fresh food, and having sea views was a highlight. The rooms are nice, but they all face the swimming pool, making them noisy with little privacy. The place doesn’t feel like a five-star hotel—some parts are a bit run-down, and the rooms should be renovated.

It is a nice hotel with a good location. The beach access was good and the pool was nice. The room was nice and the property was clean. The entrance to the hotel is at the end of a small sand road and the transportation did not come up to the hotel which made it difficult with luggage. The breakfast was ok but I expected better for the price. Need some door closers as we heard guests and maids slamming doors every morning waking us up.

I was on a work related trip, but spent the weekend on a chaise lounge at the beach and got to enjoy the property. Having the ability to go to the beach without having to exit the premises is a top-top to come back here.

breakfast beach front not celar explanation of the facilities by the receptionist. other guest were mentioned about the possibility of using hotel facilities part of the same group

Excellent except Gym. Gym was small and most machines (threadmill) did not work! If it was not for that, I would give 10 points.

Very good location in center of Jeri, breakfast on the beach with friendly service. Good big pool, a gym and nice quiet rooms. No kitesurfing storage I think. People speak no english at reception so they use Google translate which is is bad

Beach front location is No. 1 key aspect. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and communicative.

The exterior of the hotel was nice looking, with a particularly cool pool area and well-maintained common spaces. The location is excellent, offering convenient proximity to major stores, restaurants, and a beautiful beach. This property, however, falls short of its "five-star rating". The hotel room was in dire need of maintenance: closet doors were broken, the shower box malfunction caused bathroom flooding (which took the hotel 2 days to fix and left a horrible smell in the room), and the bathroom walls and ceiling displayed peeling paint and mold. The kitchen appliances, especially the stove and refrigerator, were in a deplorable state. There was also a noticeable lack of quality kitchen utensils for meal preparation and cleaning. The towels and pillows were EXTREMLY old and in an unsanitary condition. The breakfast staff displayed a lack of attentiveness. During my five-day stay, we were never informed about the à la carte breakfast option, despite witnessing other tables being served. While I'd prefer to attribute this to a lack of motivation rather than discrimination against an LGBT couple, the consistent neglect was noticeable.

Great location and large room. This was the only positive thing. The wifi was not functional. When I reported this to the staff, they said there was a temporary problem with "oscillation" that they have no control over. I am a technology professional for more than 20 years and have never heard of internet "oscillation". Furthermore, we stayed in the same hotel, in the same hallway, several years prior and experience the same problem. So as far as I can tell the owners here do not care to fix their wifi. When we reported this problem, they said they would relocate a wifi access point closer to our room but never did. This is very disappointing that in 2024 such an expensive hotel in a prime area (beach of Jeri) cannot provide decent wifi or respond to their clients appropriately.

Everything was great. Staff was incredible nice. Location: impeccable. Room itself need a little vamp up…
