Faces a smaller beach, but very pleasant for strolling morning and at sunset. 80% of staff great. Organised great transfer to airport. 20% of staff not great. Breakfast shall have a toaster that is for bread only and not for cheese sandwiches.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the centre but offers a wonderful quiet spot on praia da malhada. It is well maintained and the staff are wonderful! Nothing

The staff is extremely friendly. Unfortunately, that is not enough to compensate for the shortcomings of the hotel. Although we had one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel, if not the most expensive (Bungalow with sea-view and jacuzzi), the room was old, the furniture basic, the hot water didn’t work on our arrival nor in the last two days, the shower worked like a water dropper, the jacuzzi was a relic belonging to a museum and the room illumination super dark. Beach towels were hard to get if you were not one of the first ones asking for them in the morning. The pool, inspired by the local “lagoas” is dark and not inspiring (not blue as in the pictures). Finally, the roof of most of the rooms were in bad shape. There was no water coming in but the picture was not that of a hotel pretending to be five-star. All in all, you get the feeling of paying European five-star hotel prices for barely a three-star location. After some comments to the staff, we were encouraged to post our reviews. They commented that the majority of points had already been escalated to management without being properly addressed.

Good breakfast, excellent location, beautiful and organized place to stay! Mu husband got burned in the pool because of the rest of cleaning products that wasn't used properly. There are some coffee capsule in the room that you need to pay if you consume those, I find it not OK for a 5 stars hotel and nobody told us about it at the check in.... anyway all in all it still a very good place to stay in Jeri.

Amazing hotel with fantastic staff. Pedro on front desk was super helpful and communication was great at all times. The hotel itself is perfectly located with great facilities. The spa team (Eleina and Michelle) were 10/10. Nothing - everything was great

I chose this hotel for my honeymoon, and I must say that the service was excellent, truly among the best I encountered during my entire trip (over a month in Brazil). I had a problem with water in the room, and they did everything to make me satisfied, including changing my room and compensating me. I appreciate and hope to be back there soon??

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The location is great - 5 min walking to the city center, close to the beach but away from the noise of the clubs. Amazing pool and restaurant. The room was super comfortable. Extra services (like tours, spa etc) were very expensive.
