We had a great stay at Villa Chic! Amazing rooms, with a really nice communal space. The staff are also all lovely - from the receptionist team to the kitchen team who put on a lovely breakfast each morning. Amazing location and great value for money (making it possible for us to enjoy Jeri on a backpackers budget) Nothing - had a lovely stay

we were very unsatisfied from the employee who was in the counter in the night. we had a night gap in the hostel to go to a trip in lencois so we made sure in advance that it’s possible to leave our bags in the hostel during the trip and got a confirmation that it’s okay. only when we were about to leave already another employee told us that we can’t leave our staff there, was really rude and not even trying to help us find anther solution in the last minute, was making jokes meanwhile with her other colleague and didn’t let us speak with her boss. it was a really unpleasant event that left us without a solution and no help at all from the hostel.
