The location and the personal pool. The breakfast was also very good. Had no WiFi the first day but was resolved for the second.

The pool is nice. The location is not super great. The facility is super dark and nobody is available after 6pm. We had an issue with our waterfall in the pool not stopping and nobody was able to help us out. We called several times, left a message on instagram and the problem was never solved until the next morning, resulting us not able to enjoy the pool at night because the waterfall is soooooo loud that we could hear ourselves and we couldnt hear the music we were trying to play. The biggest reason for us to select that hotel in our last night was that we could enjoy the pool and we were not able to do it. The part that sucks is that customer service didnt exist. There was only one person at the hotel, and I feel bad for him because he tried to help, but he was by himself and he didnt know how to fix. Anyways, for the price we paid, we should not have ANY issues, but if there was one, we would expect to be solve immediately.

Having a private pool on the balcony was lovely for the view and to swim in. We used it a lot. The view from the second floor ocean view was beautiful! Hotel was quite luxurious for the location and service was fabulous. Loved the little things like brigadeiro chocolates every evening. Breakfast was delicious and extensive. It has a nice location a bit away from the main, sometimes hectic areas but a short walk away, and the main Essenza hotel was very close to go to the pool and spa there. The AC didn’t seem to work that well at night. There was a decent amount of loud street noise from cars in the area. The Whirlpool is NOT heated as others have noted. If it could just be heated (maybe w solar energy??) to relax in at night it would be incredible.

Pool in room and bed was a nice touch shame we had to enjoy it in the dark When I ask for the manager or boss there isn't one. I was sold a room that wasn't available and told no refund it took about 5 hours to resolve which meant I missed the sun set for that type of money I would of expected a quicker response wont be going back ever again .
