The staff are absolutely amazing — honestly some of the best people I’ve met. Everyone is friendly, kind, and always happy to help, which made me feel very welcome from the first moment. This is one of the places where I truly felt good staying, relaxed, and at home. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again.

It’s a special place. Everything is cute and well tended to. The linens are of good quality, crisp clean and pretty. The owner and the staff are lovely and the gardens are a special show! I loved it! Nothing to report. The room was big and airy.

Cozy little in with a very nice staff with a very good breakfast (Thanks Rosa!). Good location, 10 min walk from main restaurant and shopping area. Very small and uncomfortable bathroom. Due to some alleged problem with the first credit card charge, they charged me again a second time, promising to give a refund for the first charge of USD 121, but I got only a USD 30 refund. I asked owner Ana to review it and she responded all was fine from what she could see in local currency and that it should caused by a credit card system issue, but the credit card company said it was not possible (I have been using this card for more than 10 years, never had such problem). So I had to dispute the charge. Certainly not going back nor recommending.

If I had to nitpick it would be the lack of natural light when the doors are closed.

This pousada exceeded our expectations 100%! The garden inside was so so pretty with lots of flowers, plants, hammacs,… The room itself was also really good and was cleaned daily. The breakfast was amazing and very fresh, juices made daily, fresh fruits, eggs made by order,…

The staff is very nice, friendly and the breakfast was good. Room was simple and comfortable with a nice bathroom. I would have a appreciated a place to dry my wet clothes
