Great location and the garden is absolutely lovely with amazing flowers and plants. The staff is absolutely lovely - very helpful and cheerful. They made us feel so welcome and at home. Olivia checked us in and provided us with lots it information and good tips Nothing

I loved that they had lots of plants, bonsais and flowers, creating a cozy atmosphere. The pousada is beautifully decorated. The room was clean and organized. There were 2 types of juice every morning for breakfast. The lights at the pool made a perfect scenario for beautiful pictures at night. There was a shower by the pool so we could clean ourselves before heading to the rooms. The location was great. Not too far from the busy area, but far enough to be quiet to sleep. The receptionists Bruno and Gabriel were always friendly and ready to help. They also organized the transfer from/to the airport. I messaged them in advance inquiring about vegan options for breakfast and they said sometimes the kitchen would prepare some items. So I was hoping to have something other than fruits on the regular "buffet" during my stay. I helped myself with lots of fresh fruits, granola, cuscuz and tapioca but unfortunately there was no bread or cake (and only butter). Tapioca was also not the best I've tried.

We stayed here for a week. The gardens are really pretty, and there is so much space in the property and inside the rooms. Pool also makes a great option for day activity. Staff was super polite and helped organising tours and airport pick up/drop off. Lots of good restaurants nearby and walk to the beach is about 5 min, very well located between the two beaches. Not noisy at night. They had a cot for the little one and were very sweet offering a kids plate set for my daughter for breakfast. Very good place to stay with kids.

It’s a very beautiful green and calm place. The chalet are very cozy, clean and beautiful. Besides the staff, everybody in the “village Jericoacoara” is overfriendly ☺️ It’s definitely our place when we come back!

Nothing to be dislike at the pousada and Jeri

We liked everything about Espaco Nova Era Pousada, the friendly staff, the fantastic breakfast, the beautiful and quiet garden. We have had 22 days there and enjoyed every one of them. Nothing

The staff were incredible- friendly, helpful, caring, just amazing!! The room- clean, spacious, luxurious, relaxing. The facilities- the pool, bar, and restaurant were all fabulous! Nothing!

Breakfast was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful, grounds were nicely kept. Bathrooms could have more ventilation and hooks to hang towels and other personal items.

everything was just pefect . we were in a "chalet " with a lot of space ( my wife with my daughter) . the swiming pool is great and the breakfast one of the best i ever had . on top of it th sfaff is extremely fiendly and competent nothing
