The first reception was amazing. During the morning the team is soo occupied and stressful with soo many people waiting for the breakfast.

It is very clean. Although there are animals around the stay and in the common area (cats and dogs) and the village is all sand, they did a great job in keeping it all clean. I am extremely allergic to cats and was worried, but didn’t have any allergies. The animals are very friendly and not scary at all. The rooms were also well cleaned every day and smelled nicely. The location is also great, close enough to bars, restaurants and other amenities but far enough from noisy parties. The breakfast is well served, Marcela and Erika were very attentive and walked the extra mile to make sure we were well served. For instance, I can’t drink coffee and asked them for a tea, which they promptly prepared a fresh herbal tea. The next days they already had the tea ready in the mornings. The selection is good and well served: tea, coffee, milk, yogurt, 2 types of fresh juice, cake, 3 types of bread, a savory bread/pie and a selection of eggs, omelets, tapioca, crepes that they custom make… Dulce was also very nice and made sure we had a great stay My bed was too soft for me and would make me go up and down during the night. We had two rooms and the one in the back was nice and quiet, but a bit tight in space to open a bag. The other one was on top of the reception and we would hear every person that would come in and every conversation, as well as every drunk person coming back to their room late and drunk, on the other hand it had more space to circulate and had a cute balcony with a hammock. Nevertheless, I am sure any other place would suffer from the same “problem” and unfortunately there is nothing they can do.

i spent few days in jeri in different accommodations but pousada munguba so far was the best. friendly staff, nice breakfast and the only place that i've been without a weird smell coming from the drain.
