Everything Quite an isolated area and not close to many shops or places to eat

This is a unique but beautiful place to stay. Location is under rated in my opinion. I think its the most amazing location in the area. The villas are stunning and the service is fantastic. I loved everything

The only reason is near the beach There is limited hot water available for showering, and the food is both disappointing and overpriced. The only meal I truly enjoyed was the American breakfast. Unfortunately, the local dishes were not to my taste and were very expensive for what they offered. There were so many flies that you couldn’t enjoy your food. To give you an idea, I ordered two boiled eggs for my toddler and was charged Rp 55,000. For the same amount, you can easily buy a full meal with meat elsewhere. Even something as basic as a glass of water is unavailable at the restaurant—the staff will tell you that they only sell bottled water and cannot provide a glass of water upon request. The restaurant also appears to be understaffed, which affects the overall quality of service. In addition, the hotel’s design is so modern that it lacks any real sense of Indonesian character or culture. If you’re looking for a property that combines modern comforts with local charm, this may not be the best choice. Fortunately, there is another hotel just around the corner with much better food, a more authentic local design, friendlier service, and excellent value for money.

the diors were too hard to open - round and old a bit

The room itself was clean and beautiful, with a spacious bathroom. There was a direct path to the beach with fairly steep stairs, but it was absolutely worth it as the beach was beautiful. We would recommend arranging a driver in advance if you plan to go anywhere from the accommodation, as getting a taxi online for pickup is almost impossible.

The staff were very nice and the property was beautiful with an excellent restaurant. The two pools were nice to swim in. The easy access to the beach for surfing was great although said beach had a lot of garbage washing up. It’s a bit isolated from outside community so not easy to walk to access a minimart etc. Our room had A/C pointed directly at the beds which were only outfitted with sheets (no comforters) so it was hard to get comfortable while sleeping.

• The cottage that we were staying was on the corner which connecting two roads and it was noise during the night. • Moreover the roof and the concrete were not connected and this result to get insects, lizards, mosquitoes, the crowing of a rooster, the mooing of a cow, and most important that the room is not getting cold although the AC is working non stop.

The staff are incredibly kind, from check in to check out. The rooms are fantastic, clean. The cleaning team were so attentive. My stuff felt safe.

Great restaurant/pool area with ocean view. Lots of good chill out spots and areas to eat/drink or just enjoy the peace. Breakfast was great! Villa was awesome, super comfy bed and cleaned daily. Grounds were well laid out and a complete chill nature vibe - pretty much what you want in Bali! Huge should out to Widi our server most days- he was epic, super friendly, attentive and everything you could ask for (always putting up with our families food requests with a smile). Good service like his really made the place top tier! Thanks Widi!! Drinks were a bit expensive compared to elsewhere but you get what you pay for with the facilities

The Staff are absolutely brilliant. Cannot speak more highly of them. Whatever they are paid - double it!!! Leaving

The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the massage and also appreciated the good restaurant on-site.

we got caught out on a rainy day which was unfortunate - some games/cards available at the office, a tv in the room or some activities to stay occupied might have been good but this didnt impact our overall enjoyment of the stay.

We loved the location from La Joya Balangan, really close to the waves eventhough still quite a bit further of a walk when you want to surf. We loved the food and our bungalow was really cute We felt that the bungalow was a bit outdated, especially the deck has quite a bit of cracks where it sometimes feels that you could fall through or at least get splinters from the cracked wood. We also missed more of a couch outside instead of 2 chairs, it would be have lovely to just "hang and chill" outside instead of sitting next to each other having a beer.
