This property has no connection to Booking or OYO. I booked and paid, and arrived to an empty property. I was finally able to make contact via WhatsApp after 1.5 hours, only to be told by the owner that they only take direct bookings for 2.5x the price, and only multiday bookings. I have had ZERO luck finding support around this and was left with nowhere to stay.

Nothing we made a booking for 3 nights and we advice them our flight was coming late in the night so we would arrive late to the hotel, they let us know everything was fine and there was no problem. They gave us a phone number which we were trying to call a few times with no answer. When we arrive to the accommodation, no one was there of course, we keep calling to the phone number with no answer and they finally turn off the phone. We try to knock the door that was suppose to be of the owner with no answer as well. We were really angry and we really NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. They just ignore us and we finally had to find a new place in the middle of the night so we didn’t have to sleep on the street. If you think that’s not enough, there is more, they charge us a fee when we made the booking and when we couldn’t get to the accommodation we text them to reclaim that money, the answer was a thank you for your stay and no money back of course. WE DIDN’T SPENT ANY TIME AT THE ACCOMODATION, they charge us a fee and they thank us for stay, WHAT???
