Bali Breezz Hotel

It is hard to find what we liked about this hotel. It was one or two employees which were nice and friendly, especially the girl at the reception desk who kindly tried to solve the issue we had. Location is ok and is not too far away from the beach. The photos on Booking.com are misleading - the hotel is dirty and poorly maintained, honestly falling apart in places. We had visible stains on the bed sheets in both rooms, and the pool water was murky and uninviting. We were thinking of just leaving the hotel and to be honest we should have :( On arrival, we were about 2 hours early for check-in, so we went for a beach walk and had lunch. When we returned - 40 minutes after our official check-in time - the room still wasn't ready. The 1st receptionist was difficult to deal with: avoided eye contact, seemed uncomfortable interacting with guests, and when I raised a partial refund request, he simply ignored it and didn't respond at all. I then submitted a refund request through Booking.com directly. The hotel's response was to offer a late check-out, which we declined. At that point I stopped pursuing compensation and responded via booking.com system that I will just leave an honest review instead - only then did they offer a free taxi to the airport. Worth noting: Booking.com ended up issuing their own €30 refund after the hotel declined to offer anything themselves.

GREAT staff - really friendly and helpful with a variety of items, from accommodating our special request for breakfast to helping us find scooter rentals, restaurants, ATMs, etc. The hotel itself is fine - nice pool/outdoor areas. Room was a little small and basic but it was clean and the AC worked well. Good value.

The breakfasts were very good. The room cleaning was excellent, The staff were exceptional with their help .

People were great. Grounds were nice. Nice size refrigerator freezer. AC ran on full blast the whole day. Thankfully, they had a ceiling fan. My hot water didn’t work.

The room was clear and minimal. Also the garden view was so beauty. Some of smells its like old wood from the room. Additionally, the pool water was looking like not flushed and fresh.

We thought the whole place was fantastic. The staff were amazing and positively responsive. The grounds, while not botanical a garden, were well looked after and hosted a range of beautiful plants. The three swimming pools were clean and well maintained. The restaurant was well run with a range of Asian and European breakfasts as well fresh fruit and cakes. The addition of a proper coffee machine run by a trained barrister would increase patronage. The noise of late night arrivals was only disturbing one night in our 14 day stay.

Only the pool and grass area. Was nice but not great Rooms were old and outdated and not clean. Beds were so dirty and every room had outdated equipment cleaning facilities. Reception service was ok. But we checked in and checked out within the same hour.

The room was clean, though the property itself feels worn and the pool could use much better upkeep.

The staff was great. Ita was EXCELLENT! Very helpful throughout my extended stay. Any and all issues were handled promptly

Staff is friendly Bed sheets and pillow covers smell like sweat on arrival they are dirty same as towels all stained yellow and smelly. I stayed three nights the next day they made the bed did not change towels or sheets the second night I took off the pillow cases and bed sheets so they can replace them the replaced ones smelled like sweat and were stained as well I understand we are in Indonesia but adding soap and softener to laundry for the price we paid is a MUST. I looked under the bed before we left to make sure we did not leave anything and there were old receipts dust lint and all kinds of junk under bed THIS FACILITY NEEDS TO WASH SHEETS AND ADD SOAP TO LAUNDRY NOT JUST WASH WITH WATER. The whole time me and wife felt grossed out laying in the bed. Pay a little more for a clean place.

pools - 2/3 were green and dirty, outside shower had no water pressure, it was only dripping water, stairs to the second floor looked like they were not cleaned for over a year

Staffs were very helpful. The room is spacious with an effective air conditioner. The location is wonderful: 3 min. walk to Jimbaran beach and many good restaurants, and 10 min. ride to the airport. The breakfast was delicious. There were shower towels only without hand towels.

Have now stayed several times. An easy going, rather tired aging modernistic style Hotel, good pools and midway between the Beach and Jimbaran's Main street.

Beautiful, quiet facility close to the beach, restaurants and the main shopping street. Open, garden setting with three pools and a comfortable room. Staff that went above and beyond to ensure comfort and safety ( my lock was wonky, they switched rooms immediately, spent a long time getting the TV to work correctly). The staff always was cleaning up and offering to assist. It felt like an oasis in the hubbub of Jimbaran. It was all good. My room had a shabby chic look, fine with me. After traveling to 4 towns, I noticed everything in Jimbaran was a tad more pricey.

'Ita' is an exceptional staff. I saw her working late, and then early the next day at breakfast. She even carried our heavy luggage up the stairs. Smiling and always kind. The AC in the room was noisy as was the compressor which they mounted directly outside the windows. They need to service / replace all AC, and reposition the compressors in another area. And there should be an elevator up to the second floor.
