- The location is great, at the main road so it close to restaurant and shops - Clean, the staff are friendly - The breakfast was great. Lots of options of menu - The room that close to the road is a bit noisy at night

Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were excellent. Location is very busy urban area, you need transport. Not easy to walk on the sidewalk or cross the road.

This was my first time staying at a Best Western property, and it truly went above and beyond my expectations. Especially for the price, the value was excellent and the room size was surprisingly spacious. The staff were friendly, the room was very clean, and everything I needed was available. The location is also great, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes, which made the stay very convenient. The pool is a bit small, but honestly it’s not a big issue since you’re in Bali with so many beautiful beaches to explore. Breakfast was decent, though it would be even better with a few more international options. That said, for the price, it’s completely fair. If you want more variety, room service is available with plenty of choices. Overall, everything was great and I had an awesome stay. Highly recommended. Nothing

The staff & managment are very nice, they do not bother you unnecessarily but when you need sometihng, the staff is always available, swift and helpfull. Also they gave me some very deliscious fruits. The breakfast buffet is a good deal. I love the view from the balcony towards the North overlooking the mountains of Bali and even Java and Lombok are visible on clear days. There is only one coffeemachine at the breakfast buffet so you can have a waiting line if many guests want coffee at the same time. However this is not a real issue because they make up for it by having a kettle in the room so you can brew a coffee there aswell.

The house keeping staff on July 9, on the six floor was ridiculous and outrageous!! Unbelievably loud , chatty and slamming the door all day long, I couldn’t get any work done! Complain at front desk or warning them doesn’t work at all… some sounds they made was so big you’d thought there was an explosion ,Literally. I thought hotels were supposed to let people wind down and relax , not get on the guest’s nerves all day. Completely disappointing, won’t ever want to repeat the hell again, hope the hotel manager can do something about those staff, seriously

I stayed here because it is near Garuda Vishnu Park. Nice room good value for money. Nice breakfast buffet a lot of vegetarian options. Attentive staff. Clean.

The hotel offers good facilities for the price. The beds were comfortable, although there was a yellow stain on the pillow sheet. Breakfast was varied with several options. The hotel is located far from the beach, so taking a taxi is necessary, but the taxi fare is quite low and should not affect your decision. The room was cleaned daily, but the tea cup was not replaced. There were no extra items available in the fridge. A supermarket was nearby, and a large durian shop was located right across the street. Occasionally, very small ants appeared on the bedside table, but they were not bothersome.

Love the scenery from the balcony! I can see the GWK statue from our room and it was so beautiful at night. The staffs were also helpful and kind. I had tasty breakfast. It will be nice to have couple chairs on the balcony to enjoy the scenery.
