The hotel facilities are world-class, luxurious in every detail, yet the value here is unbeatable compared to the same brand in other cities. Staying here feels like enjoying true five-star indulgence at the best price point. Another plus is the location — it’s very convenient with local food options just steps away, and even a Starbucks right across the street. Everything about this hotel combines luxury, comfort, and practicality, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure. Highly recommended — Kempinski Hotel Jinan easily stands out as one of the most impressive city hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The only minor point was that not all staff were fluent in English, but they always made a genuine effort to assist, which we truly appreciated. For those planning to travel during summer, please note that the city can get as hot as 40°C. If you’re not used to such high temperatures, like myself, it’s important to take precautions to avoid heat stroke — stay hydrated and limit outdoor activities during peak hours.

this was my second time at this great hotel traveling on business to Jinan . amazing staff and clean .very warm welcome and a personal welcome from the general manager who went above and beyond , even arranging contact with sister hotel in Beijing for our onward travel . Thank you again and we will keep in contact for our next trip . everything was perfect

The staff is really helpful, the hotel manager very care about all and very kind. There are two excellent restaurants in the hotel, one is Japanese and the second is the grill bar....the two of them are at the highest level and it's a really amazing experience to eat there. It's my second time in that hotel and for sure I will come back again when I visit Jinan again

Good place reasonably quiet.. Location have no subway near by.. and no green space for leisure facilities..to walk around.

Great facilities and everything you need whilst away on business in Jinan , comfortable , clean friendly staff with good English Bar area closed early 10pm some nights for residents this should be available 24/7 as most other international bars in hotels

Room was nice, breakfast was excellent, 68-th floor view was magnificent, staff was friendly. I could not manage to control the temperature. Although I tried several times to change it from controller but all night was too warm (26C).

I want to be very clear and precise in my review: the hotel is very nice and prestigious, the rooms are stunning and big, the breakfast is good, if so, on my first day at the hotel after the room was delivered, I put my things and left the hotel, a guy came in to clean, opened my suitcase, rummaged through my things and stole from me $900 from the suitcase since there is no one in the hotel who knows English and when I asked where the suitcase was they didn't know what I wanted so I left the money in the suitcase. I didn't imagine that in a prestigious and respectable hotel, things would be stolen from the guests. I called the police and dealt with them from there. The hotel staff did not help me and sided with the cleaning guy even though they saw on the cameras that he entered the room for no reason 5 minutes after I left the hotel. If you can't feel safe in the hotel room on your vacation what does it matter how beautiful and luxurious the hotel is?

On the 55-69th floors of the tallest building of Jinan. Good location and easy to find a taxi. The facilities were new and smart. The staff was nice. The restaurant had various food and drinks with good city view. To me everything is fine.
