Space in the room, comfort of the bed Very bad smelling room. Changed at request but without help. Laughing staff seemed well aware. WiFi password not working at arrival. Poor food quality in specialty restaurant.

Very good breakfast. Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff doesn't speak a good English but luckily I can speak Chinese so I faced no problem.

The breakfast was good. Has a good variety of western and Chinese breakfast meals. The chefs were lovely. Out of everything loved the syrup I used for waffles and pancakes. Really fantastic and quality The limited food options of the room service. Good quality of food, just was not fond of the flavor or lack thereof .

The location, the hotel the breakfast was all very good. Wifi was very bad. I had to switch off data to access many apps as it is very poor and inconsistent. Just to add, if the hotel is leasing space for a spa to operate, they should not allow below standard spas to operate out of the property. It also affects their reputation.
