I had my clothes laundered and ironed as a complementary. The staff were very helpful and kind and answered my questions and made me feel special. I honestly liked everything. And would go back anytime.

This resort was pure Heaven. It had everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool area is so nice. Great for sunning and relaxing. Zip-lining, tubing and other attractions are all close by. The breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed an excellent bowl of pasta in the afternoon. I highly recommend House of Snacks for excellent local dining It was everything that we could want

We love 2friends Jinja. Peace and (mostly) quiet - any noise is not from the hotel, but from broadcasts like you get in Uganda, but not a problem. Book a poolside room if you can afford the extra - perfection. You can relax in peace outside your room, watch (and hear) the birds (kite, plantain eater, hadada ibis, maribu stork etc.) swim or bask in the pool which is private to the hotel (so no school swimming parties) and it can't get better. Very friendly staff, some waitresses are at college and enjoy a joke, good menu choice, good breakfast, very clean room, good value. Sounds as if I own the place? No, we have been here quite a few times (5 nights this time) and it's just the best. It's a friendly intimate place - no marble halls and over-attentive flunkies and there are only 20 rooms. Love it. Nothing

Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Spacious, comfortable rooms... worth upgrading to the poolside rooms. Peaceful. Superb variety and quality of food in the restaurant. Character of the place and beautifully laid out. Nothing. Very well looked after.
