Certainly one of my favourite hotels in Uganda! The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable, with good facilities (the bath was a nice surprise!). The location, right in the heart of Jinja, was perfect. It's also only a five-minute boda boda ride to the Source of the Nile. I loved the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the hotel, and the fact that it was so professionally run. Would highly recommend! nothing

I have stayed at Al-Nisaa numerous times and brought groups to stay and we have always had a positive experience. Rooms are clean and relatively well-appointed. The breakfast has always been excellent!

The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. This hotel is very good value. The location is on a shabby street but one you're inside you're transformed. We stayed Easter night and were kept up by very loud music in the immediate neighbourhood till early morning.
