The property is beautiful The window and door latches of the room I was staying in didn’t work. There is no fan so it gets really hot in the room. The bathroom had so much lizard poo and the room had it too. The breakfast is between 8-10 am but the staff is so slow that it takes them over 20 mins to make pancakes. When I checked In, I asked if the breakfast is available and I was told it is. I ordered it at 9:35 and the pancakes did not come till 10:05 and I had to leave without eating. Next day when I was checking out I was charged for the pancakes and when I requested Pamela the cashier if she adjust it against the included breakfast as I was not having it that day. I was told it’s not possible. I do not know why these people were so unfriendly and the cashier didn’t write my name instead wrote INDIAN in her final calculations.

The breakfast was good. We were required to remove our shoes before entering the accommodation and yet the floor was dusty and felt sticky.

I absolutely loved everything about this place! The owner and staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, the beds were super comfortable, and the food was simply delicious ? . The evenings at the bar were such a great vibe we had so much fun! The only small thing I would have liked to see improved is the wine selection. I would have loved a few more options to pair with the delicious meals.

Wonderful place to stay when you’re in Jinja! Extremely safe as it’s behind a gate with 24 hour security. The food is excellent and the bathrooms are very clean! The staff especially David, James and Nash will do everything to help you make your time in Jinja the best it came be! Awesome dogs! Nothing. It was perfect!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here.The staff was nice and the place was amazing!

What made this place great was the staff. They were so friendly. They made me feel safe and welcome and they put on fun and warm social gatherings. I was there over NYE and they put on a BBQ and then we all went to a nearby bar and they looked after us. It was great. The hostel itself is beautiful and a pleasure to be in. I was in one of the tents and it was such a place of zen. I can't think of anything.

This place is amazing! I had a great time and recommend it to everyone. I met so many wonderful people here. And the food is amazing! They also offer fun activities. Big thanks to Nash, Benji, Ivan and James. They are amazing! Will definitely be back one day!

The place is very beautiful, like in the pictures. The garden is huge and perfect to chill. There is a fire place, which makes it very cozy. The people working there is very friendly and kind. Nash is a great host! The breakfast is amazing and they also serve dinner for a good price, which was also super tasty. 100%recommended Only a small thing: the matresses in the dormitory are too soft for me
