Nice grounds, large room and comfortable bed. Hot water with good pressure. Acceptable breakfast. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Lighting in the room is one bulb in the ceiling. Bedside lamp would be a good option.

I liked the offer given. Convenience of location. The breakfast was really great, it had a variety of items on the menu. The cleaning of the rooms before check in delayed.

The freedom to do what I like with no bickering from the staff. My moments in the shower were superb. The did have a working AC in the room. Great breakfast The long stairs. The price of bottled water

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming mostly the manger, always ready to help with a smile, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a hotel I can confidently recommend to others, and I’ll definitely be visiting again in the future.

Rooms not clean and in bad state. Housekeeping poor. Some staff were trying the best, the rest did not care much, incld the asst mgr. 1 day no water in the room for hours. Next day no hot water. Besides apologies, no service recovery conducted.

Helpful Staff. The 'Suite' that we booked wasn't available on arrival... checked-in in another which we had to wait for over 4hrs to be cleaned! Had to run back to reception to ask for toilet tissue, drinking water and teacups, and so on since the electric kettle was availed!!! Day 2 in our originally booked 'Suite', warm water doesn't flow...probably if someone in another room is in the shower you have to wait?.. The ceiling has cracks, and the sliding door to the balcony has cracks that one has to be very careful pulling aside to access the balcony ? Breakfast; forget toast bread. Their toaster is dusty and faulty, and neither does any of the staff know how to operate it. Swimming pool; was unclean with falling tiles and rusty rails. Didn't step in it for a day, but the room rate includes swimming!!
