The is nothing to not like about the property. I was frustrated that I rented the room with a spa on the balcony to relax. But there is no warm water to fill the tub and using the tub’s heater to warm the water is a 24 hour process.

Great pool area, room is comfortable, location is perfect! Breakfast had several options. The staff is less friendly and available than at other hotels that cost the same amount. They don’t open car doors or help with luggage until you are inside the hotel. The room is comfortable, but the pictures show a better view. The breakfast is good but not impressive.

Great location, the hotel is beautiful with all the necessary facilities. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooftop bar is really nice, I spent there most days working remotely. It’s a great atmosphere. The breakfast is amazing

The pool was very nice, the breakfast was amazing. good location; right across from the beach. Stayed in room with a hot tub which was very nice. Rooms were large and clean. staff was friendly. I felt that the property was too expensive for what it was. Our first room the breaker kept flipping every 20 minutes or so; we had to switch rooms; however property was nice and gave us an upgrade on the room.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet with variety of fruits, cakes and local dishes. Tourism service from a third party offered at the reception. In front of an urban beach. Around 30’ by car from the airport (one-way, ~€20, Dec’23). Brand new hotel with improvement potential. Do not rely on the pictures! We booked based on the pictures and the bedroom was super small and there was only a tilting window, different from the big window/door showed in the offer. The hotel did not present another option to change room. After taking a shower the bathroom was always flooded, due to bad sealing. Face recognition (security camera) to use the lift always with problems. No beach service. Restaurant was still not available for dinner. Meant to be a five star hotel and delivered the simple experience of a three star. Very disappointed with the choice for our 9-day summer vacation stay.
