Great breakfast, great facilities, great team staff team. The localization is priceless, waking up with the sun shining right in your face is wonderful! The product used to clean the floor was a little bit sticky after dried.

To be honest, I disliked all things from this property, from check in to check out well, from arrival, front desk ladies was extremely unwelcome, unable to even say Good morning, they show a mad faces, than coming the big surprise, dirty room, walls, curtains, floor, restrooms, bed sheets smaller than mattress, Outside the room, corridors walls all dirty, elevators not clean, I didn’t risk getting STDS on the pool I have several pictures from this place to prove my review

The hotel is very friendly, need to be more prepared for full season

At check-in, all the reception staff were incredibly nice, especially Amanda. Indoor parking was a plus. The location is very good. That is all I liked about this hotel. When I got to the room, I was completely disappointed by the poor work the housekeeping had done in the bathroom. I have never seen so much mold in a hotel’s shower in my life, and I’ve stayed in some dumps over the years. It was impossible to miss and was inexcusable. The shampoo dispenser (they do not provide individual shampoos, but instead, they have a dispenser on the wall) was also covered with soap scum and had obviously not been cleaned. The room itself had not one hanger, or even a place to hang anything. Also, the hotel room has no safe. Breakfast, which is included was underwhelming. The restaurant where they serve breakfast is very small (only about 8 or so tables), so I could see how this could be a big problem if the hotel was full. They have some items in a buffet, but you need to ask the server for eggs or tapioca. The waitress never came to our table, so in the mean time I tried 2 pastries from the buffet and both were hard and stale, so I decided to skip their eggs and avoid another disappointment. My wife asked the server for some cold milk for her coffee (in Brazil, the milk is usually served hot), but when the server brought what looked like curdled milk in a glass, I nearly fell out of my chair. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I cannot recommend it either.

The location and friendly and helpful reception staff , particularly Rene. The bathroom. The showere area was very small and the size of the wash basin can only be described as ridiculous. I have never seen such a tiny one anywhere else.
