Location and Staff! The breakfast was pretty good, the view from the beach was also very nice. Malls, supermarkets, pharmacies all very close. I guess the shower could be a bit better: bigger sink, stronger shower, the trash could be the one you open with your foot.

Jacoozi needs maintenance, filters should be changed, we were not able to use because of dirty water and sewerage smell from jacoozi drainage (room 201). Its better also if u include disposable slippers in the room.

The noise outside can be too much sometimes. The sunrise is at 5:30am, some people would like to sleepover a little bit, so the windows could be soundproof. And the last day, the hotel was out of water for hours, which was really uncomfortable and this cannot happen in a hotel. But overall, I recommend.

only the bed I rarely write reviews of the places I stay, but wanted to make an exception and say something about our stay last night. Our room had an incredibly small bathroom lavatory that was really impossible to was your hands and face. Only 22cm x 27cm lavatory, with the faucet directly above the sink & in the center. The staff would not make more coffee 30 minutes before breakfast ended at 10am, and directed us to an automated coffee machine that prepared a terrible cup of coffee. We overheard discussion between the waitresses... "I already made coffee twice, now I'm going to clean the machines". The jacuzzi was not working. We had very small room, with no place to put your suitcase. We were fortunate the quality of the bed was good because we originally arranged to stay for two days, but checked out after only one night. The place was very overpriced and I would suggest you look for better options for your stay.

Sea front, courtesy bikes. Very kind staff as usuall in Brazil Hotel needs some Tender Loving Care. Bathroom is kind of sad.

The main hotel location is okay. However, the hotel has two entrances: one standing beach front and the other in front of an avenue with heavy traffic. The front desk personnel are purposely oriented to accommodate guests in select rooms in the wing side of the noise and heavy traffic avenue, leaving beach front rooms vacant. The offered room possesses room windows that are not anti noise. The bathroom was very bad and damaged, with a hydraulic pipeline exposed, broken tiles and damaged walls. The breakfast was okay. Overall the cost was higher for the low quality rooms.

The location is superb. Right infront on the beach. In very close proximity there are great places to eat. We took bikes (free) from the hotel

Very nice environment and staff, great food!! Free bikes available :) The room could be more cozy and modern.

Breakfast was good, excellent choice on the buffet and some things available freshly cooked. Access, difficult to find entrance and reception in middle of the hotel which is stretched between 2 roads so difficult to get a close to reception taxi drop off.
