Localização Internet ruim, chuveiro péssimo, sem roupa de cama adequada e pior: proibem qualquer recebimento de visita ainda que rápido pra cobrarem adicional. Uma piada!

Location is excellent, breakfast was good, services were good. Upon arrival, the rooms were uncomfortably hot, and the air conditioning took a long time to cool the space. The bed sheets and towels appeared dirty rather than crisp white, and there were no bed covers provided. The bathroom light switch is awkwardly placed on the outside wall beneath the towel rack. There was no hot water available in the shower. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow, making it difficult to access basic services. This hotel is appropriate for 2 to maybe 3 stars not 4.

My daughter was sick and they did not allow me to take her breakfast fruits to the apartment. This lack of minimal flexibility prevented her to have proper breakfast as she was unable to walk.

Breakfast Everything except the breakfast. My room had dirty walls, broken things, a towel and a sheet on the bed, and no face towel. The room was reserved for two people, and it was not suitable for even one person. Cleaning had to be scheduled at the front desk, there were no glasses in the bathrooms, and there was no hair dryer or iron in the room. If the hotel were a 2-star hotel, I would understand all these defects, but on Booking.com it appears as a 4-star hotel, and this was the worst hotel of my life. Please take away all the stars, you are deceiving customers. I saw at least 3 different customers complaining about the rooms at the front desk... I was very sad with the hotel and felt cheated, I will never trust Booking.

The location was good. Terrible experience! Should have stayed at Ibis for the price as at least Ibis we are not expecting anything but the basics. But this one... Won't blame any staff because they are probably doing their best. Small rooms, cracks on the wall, ripped bedsheets, a/c taking ages to work, very poor installation. I booked 1 night so I put on with it otherwise I would have left. I should have taken pictures of the walls, very dirty and the cracks...

Hotel staff used my credit card info to clone and buy other stuff, many other had same problem as me, they blamed Booking and did nothing. TOTAL SCAM stay away from this hotel!!! Staff was very nice and polite. Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but what was available was very good. The fruits were always fantastic! The pool area is quite nice, and was never busy. Good location. The hotel needs to be refreshed, the towels and bed linen were super old with some stains and harsh feel. Not even a bed side lamp was available. The pictures looked much better than the reality. The bed wasn't the worst, but not great at all. The walls are paper-thin, and you can hear any movement above your room and absolutely anything that happens in the hallway, as well as people flushing toilets and water running from showers.
