Breakfast was good. Location was convenient. The space seemed to need to be updated.

Breakfast. Location. Regarding their staff, Dailys at the convenience store and breakfast was the best! I would hire her. Fabíola at the check in desk was the only person who really cared about the customers. Check-in was very slow. Receptionist was taking care of one customer and I was the first in line. Waited for around 20 min. I felt that the way the supervisor Jardane interacted with the staff at the restaurant was quite medieval. I felt embarrassed and very sorry for the employees.

This is not a 4 star hotel! The room smelled and was so bad we did for an upgrade just to have a bit more space. Zero design, a strong smell of cleaning products, moldy ceilings.

Everything was good with the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and super attentive. The pool area was very nice. The food was exceptional. The breakfast had a good variety and was very enjoyable. Finally the location was perfect. The room was a little small

Pool area was the best feature of this hotel. The room was not ready until nearly an hour after the stated check in time - there was a queue of guests in the reception waiting to check in. Rooms not facing the ocean are depressing- they have a small window with coloured glass which leaves the room dark and a bit like a prison.

Location is a big bonus for this hotel, very nice breakfast in the morning, excellent staff. wifi connection is good throughout the building. The room was of a good size and comfortable. Quite spacious. However, they were a few issues. There was considerable noise due to construction work nearby, which made it difficult to relax. Additionally, the lighting was very poor, with limited natural light coming in through the window, which made the room feel quite dim.

The location is good. The building is covered in mold. The curtains of the room were completely moldy, the ceilings had mold stains painted over. The smell is terrible, impossible to rest if you have allergies. The person overseeing breakfast was coughing, no mask on. They offered me no refund for leaving early even though the second room they showed was almost as bad as the first. I’m still waiting on a response from the directors. Breakfast was also not great in comparison to the usual northeastern breakfasts. A huge disappointment.

breakfast , the tapioca is delicious . juices are watery but everything else was good they put us on the 5th floor, im pregnant and had 5 luggages for a family of 4. the elevator doesn’t go to the 5th floor so we have to carry all them one floor up. they are in construction, very loud. there was mold in the bathroom, very worn toilet seat. no blankets, towels with stain.
