Not a good location— the nice beach is far away, there’s not much to do in this area. The facilities were not great— lots of small things were broken, like the sink dripped in the bathroom, the toilet didn’t flush well, etc.

We arrived in Nord Easy and the air conditioner of the bedroom wasn't working. We called the staff and we asked to move to other bedroom that had the same problem in the air conditioner (by the way, the air conditioner stay in a bad place in the bedroom...it's impossible cool down all the area, including the bed). So, we got down in the hotel's lobby and we asked to cancel our reservation. The receptionist was impolite with us, mainly when I asked to destroy our personal data that we put in physical paper. We went to another hotel.

The staff, the room, the view, the cleanliness. And the forrest behind our room. The hotel is kind of far from most of the restaurants, pharmacies,,etc. It didn't have cable tv and the wifi didn't work well. It's very difficult to get a cab all along the shores of Tambaú and Cabo Branco. The sea in front of the hotel is not suitable for swimming, strong currents, harsh waters. The placa doesn't have room service. Not even a coffee machine for the guests. After breakfast, we had to go out and far to get something to eat.
