Good location, easy to find. Good breakfast Not well cleaned, the showers were very dirty, with lots of mold and black spots. Had cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom. I informed the reception but only on the second day they changed me to another room.

Very modern installations with cozy rooms and comfy beds. Also, the breakfast is very good. I was expecting a cleaner room. The neighborhood is very insecure, especially after 7pm.

For sure is not a hotel for tourist . I am not consider also for a work stay . There is no flexibility with breakfast starting time 6:30 . Most of the day tour starts around 6:30 and 6:45 . Every day they spent 2/3 minutes with pictures from the breakfast table. And outside you have between 5 to 8 guests waiting for the glass door to open. For the hotel it is important the pictures not the guests. The breakfast table is beautiful but the quality is very far for the good . For instance the milk is totally fat / whole milk . No option for any skimmed milk . The worst is the toilet paper at the room . They do not use a normal roll in plies . They use a dispenser with small napkins the same that we got at restaurant table. There is no way to describe how bat was the situation to use these napkins as toilet paper . It was requested to provide a normal toilet paper but it never came to the room.

the bar on the top floor the room was terrible. Things were old or breaking and some of them just not practical at all

beds comfortable - clean place AC was dripping on the bed. Someone came to fix it but on the next day the issue came back. location can be tricky if you’re coming back from Tambau area around 9pm which is when it looks a bit unsafe (to walk back)

the room was VERY smelly when we entered it, air conditioning very weak and the bathroom had the dispenser for shampoo and conditioner but only had soap in bars for costumers. The shower box doors didn't close properly also.

breakfast can be served for an extra of 35Reais onto the room, the rooftop is amazing. its kinda pricy! the room has no closet to put cloths properly storaged.
