amazing incredible beautiful garden! Lovely hospitality by Bhom, beautiful rooms, lovely breakfast and food service, lovely dining, great pool, and Bhom kindly helped us organise a private driver Manohar who picked us up all the way from Ranthambore and showed us around the city. one day there was a sudden rainstorm and the power went out for a very short time (no inconvenience, really), but the staff made sure we got little battery powered lights immediately haha. super sweet!! we loved exploring the city with Manohar, he was delightful driver and showed us so many nice places. we were so happy to have three days of our trip with him, But, we did feel a bit pressured by the hotel to explore with him when some days we wanted to do/see things independently or go with a tuktuk.

Well, the property is gorgeous, no doubts there. It was just some aspects of our room that were a little disappointing (see the section below), but if those are taken care of, then this property is the perfect place to base yourself in when visiting Jodhpur. We loved the location, the staff, the restaurant, the breakfast, the gardens. Just the right place to begin & end your day. The reception staff were very helpful & the restaurant staff were very sweet & obliging. Our feedback was taken very seriously and the owner herself came across to speak with us & for our experience. They are wonderful people, so just ask them for their better rooms and go ahead and book! I think it was just our room (the first 2 rooms), that were not yet updated. The shower just didnt work properly & taking a bath at the right temperature was a nightmare, the cupboards had shelves that looked old & dirty (though they may not have been, just used dirty marble), the bedcover was stained, the fan was noisy, bulbs loose, etc. Housekeeping didnt seem upto the mark in our room. However, I suspect the updated rooms might offer a different experience, they even looked much nicer from the outside, so do check with them prior to booking. If you get the updated room, you will be very happy!

Nothing specific to property, really. I wish they have a little bit more choice in their menu. But, not an issue though.

There's nothing to not like about the property

A quiet oasis in the chaos of a big noisy city. The property was beautiful, and meticulously cared for by thr owner. They had a lovely pool which we didn't have time to use but looked very clean. Rooms were spacious. Staff were very friendly and were there to help with any question. Enjoyed breakfast with fresh juice and coffee. The restaurant staff were happy to make omelets, pancakes or anything you wished. Great place to stay.

I loved the property, specifically the pool Morning breakfast should have more options, a proper buffet and live station, if they get this sorted I am sure they’ll be no other place in Jodhpur that would compare to it.. and one another problem we faced was that in the morning when they would drag the luggage it would disrupt our sleep ( 6 am ) so they should carry the luggage rather than dragging it.. it was very disturbing.. there was also dog poop laying around the property, I loved the dogs but I think the house keeping staff should be more aware of it. The room we stayed at, it’s washroom also had a clogged drain.

This heritage hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our 3 week vacation through Rajasthan, Punjab & Goa. The property is so insanely beautiful - we would fly back to India just to experience this tranquility again! Next to the incredible property, the staff as well as the owners have been so immensely kind. Especially the restaurant staff and Bohm at the reception made this stay so wonderful! Beautiful oasis of a hotel. An unsurpassed garden - magical. Very friendly staff. We loved it. Away from the bustle and bustle of the old city.

Breakfast was ok .. limited....my .room was dark and dingey ..staff didn't care.. reception guy was unpleasant definitely not worth it .. windows were dirty with lizards creeping from outside on them...room was very expensive for a 3 Star or less .. I will never stay here . Pictures on booking.com were fake... booking.com should take responsibility for selling terrible rooms to people and charging them horrendous prices Dirty and dusty all around facilities... curtains in room looking dirty .. windows cramped... maybe never opened The room carpet on the floor was dirty... towels were looking yellow ish... Bad for seniors...Several steps to climb to get to the room on the top floor .. bathroom smells.. terrible condition...bath tub was horrible looking let alone shower in it..bad all around

Very comfy and stylish rooms but the gem of this place is the garden (and beautiful pool) and the kind staff. Very recommended!

The garden and the pool were a real sanctuary. The hotel had a lovely peaceful vibe whilst being loyal to it’s heritage. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. I loved my stay here.

Exceptional

There is literally nothing not to love about this beautiful hotel. Without a single exception all the staff are courteous and helpful, the rooms and grounds are beautiful with wonderful attention to detail. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining with a good menu. And the pool - a perfect little oasis. In 10 years this hotel has never disappointed me
