Mostly good and we enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and had a good view - try to get a higher floor. Owners are helpful and dedicated. Staff for the most part is helpful and kind. We were satisfied with our stay. I liked that the whole family could stay in one room and we were all comfortable. We also booked a camel safari through the hotel and they organized transport etc. I think the location was good as it is in the old part of town near the market. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Not much on offer; one day they did not have any fruit but I am sure it would have cost the same as if it did. But you can get a la carte, which we did for a bowl of cereal and some toast. Also the first night dogs were fighting all night long. I didn't sleep. One staff member had to call the boss for every single thing/question/interaction. took us forever to check out.

Very beautiful hotel. One of the largest and nicest room I’ve stayed in India. The restaurant was excellent.

The property is located at the heart of the city and has an amazing view of the Mehrangarh Fort.

The property was clean, location was good in terms of the view. However, it’s in the city so you might have issue getting there in car and parking is also limited. The location to all the attractions. Speaking in terms of international travelers thought…Car parking only on street and the outside hotel surrounding is fully dirt filled . Dinner food was good. Complementary breakfast was not that great( was dry ). Also linens and towels can be upgraded.

The room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the Fort. The staff was nice. I forgot my charger and they were nice enough to save it for me until I could pick it up. Location was close to all the attractions. The breakfast had very limited options. But the main issue was the hygiene. The staff was drying the cups with a tissue but then touching the inside with the hands. Sneezing, touching their snot with their hands and afterwards touching the food, cups, etc. The hot water from the coffee machine for tea was dirty, which makes you wonder if they'd ever cleaned the machine at all cause you couldn't see it when you were served coffee. We asked for the room to be made and they didn't even change the sheets and we knew because the sheets had spots and they were still there afterwards. There were power outages three or four times while we were there.

Loved staying here. Great location. helpful staff. Friendly guys. Good location for sightseeing. Airport taxi fare was way high but considering the location of the hotel I let it slide.

The views from the room and the room. 360 panorama views from the rooftop. Staff friendly, helpful and not pressuring you. Since we stayed in August there weren't many guests so, there wasn't evening entertainment during the dinner time.

The location was a little hard to find, but it was close to the tourist spots. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

Great sized room and one of the better bathrooms of the trip. Location is close to stepwell! Staff didn’t care about anything that you were asking.
