It was clean, the rooms had a clam atmosphere and there are some nice coffee shops nearby. That hot water was a little temperamental, but there generally enough for quick showers.

Great facilities.... ... Building, tiles, .... The staff was kind for use of a room after checkout I had a room that got no WiFi nor did the hotel phone work!

Property is situated at an accessible location which is very near to Umed Bhavan Palace. Even the main city is very near to the hotel. The ambience and food is amazing. Staff is supportive. Charging points in our Suite were less. Also, it was not near the bed. No, tap in the bathroom for bucket water. The water exit in the bathroom was not proper.

Great breakfast, room is large with a comfortable bed. Restaurant serves good food at a reasonable price, certainly to our taste. It's little slack and difficult to get hold of a senior member of staff if there is a problem. When we arrived the room was not cleaned to a high enough standard and we had to get the cleaning staff in to clean areas (like the dirty bath) before we could use it. From then on it was cleaned well, but we should not have had to show the staff their job.

The location of the hotel and size of the rooms. Service levels, maintenance. The staff is enthusiastic but need training. Place could do well with some good management and supervision.

Restaurant is over priced with most dishes not cooked properly. Waiting staff is clueless, rude/ unprofessional in handling guests and paying a service charge for that kind of service is not recommended.

it is a very simple hotel. the property needs some love and maintenance there is no working wifi, it is a bit dirty everywhere.

Breakfast was OK. Location is OK Bathroom fittings found dirty. We are senior citizens of 68+ years and Hotel is not friendly for the people like us. Ground floor rooms were not allotted inspite of repeated requests.

Nothing was good except the dinning area I was scammed by the hotel and the booking.com. I was given a very different room than the one I was shown while booking. I booked the room with the garden view, AC, TV but I was given the room with no windows, no TV, no AC, no wifi. I would recommend not to book this hotel. It's a waste of money
