I travelled with my pet dog and he had all the fun... The staff is incredibly polite and well mannered from reception to kitchen everyone helped me and my dog. Only con is Road outside the property which is non existent and dusty

They won't allow non veg ,so i should respect everyone's feelings ? ,but it's kind of difficult for non veggies to stay here

Their cafe is on the rooftop and lacks AC (as compared to their Jaipur branch). Overall, some guests lacked basic manners — speaking and chatting on the phone loudly in the dorm. The staff needs to notify the guests that although they are welcome in the hostel, they should not behave like they would in their own homes. It's a space for 8-10 people, not just one who thinks owns the world. The bathroom in my dorm was small, and I never got hot water. The latter was not that important, though. The location is a bit tricky, but I was very grateful it was not in the Old City area (that place is a mess and loud). In the case of the pool, go swimming in the morning, because the water gets unclean by the evening.

Extremely clean well maintained and staff were very helpful they cut my fruits up and stuff for me great experience

clean and well maintained facilities, staff was profecional and helpful. one room was toxicly moldy and I got it changed instantly, their inhouse app and payment system was way to advanced for their technical infrastructure and Capabilities and is to good to be applied functionally. Double spent an order and never got it refunded for example. Food also lacking options in fresh fruit and vegetables.

This hostel was an amazing experience! The staff is really welcoming and helpful, they gave us another blanket and everything else we needed. The food is delicious and also the terrace and all the facilities are incredible. The only thing was the train. In one night the train was horning multiple times when passing the hostel. So we woke up several times. The second night was better.
